As a production employee, you will play a key role in creating sustainable raw materials for a leading player in the agricultural industry. Working in a clean production facility, you will ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety protocols are met at all times.Your main tasks will include:

• Supplying raw materials to the mixers
• Monitoring sterilization and inoculation processes in the cleanroom
• Operating and supervising packaging systems (bags of 2.5 kg)
• Monitoring and recording production parameters to guarantee quality
• Transporting packages internally with a trolley
• Keeping equipment and workspaces spotless through thorough cleaning
• This is a varied production role in 2 shifts in a cleanroom environment where quality comes first

Functie-eisen We want a motivated and reliable team player who's ready to build a future with us:

• Experience as an operator or production worker (preferably in food or cleanroom)
• Technical experience is a big plus
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and structured in your work
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts (occasional day shift or future 3-shift flexibility is a plus)
• Own accommodation and transport
• Good command of the English language
