The Role

As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in English lessons
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to develop literacy and comprehension skills
  • Help students engage with reading, writing, and discussion tasks
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and resource preparation
  • Encourage confidence in communication and self expression

You'll play a key role in helping students build essential skills that go beyond the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
