Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm, 9% Pension, Life Assurance 4x salary, 33 days holiday, buy/sell holiday, company sick pay, unlimited overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern.
• Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities.
• Identify improvements and efficiency on machinery.
• Involved in project work.

Requirements

• Multi-skilled engineering background.
• Prior experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
