Engineering Manager PIM - 6+ months - Amsterdam

As Engineering Manager, you'll lead engineering teams through vendor assessments, integration planning, and delivery execution, ensuring accurate and efficient product data management across multiple channels.

About the Role:
I am looking for an Engineering Manager to manage engineering teams during the implementation and integration of a new PIM solution. This role will focus on vendor evaluation, feature capability assessment, and ensuring smooth delivery of PIM-related projects. You will act as the bridge between architecture and engineering, participating in workshops before releases, scoping work, and driving execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams working on PIM platform implementation and integration.
• Participate in vendor assessments and feature capability workshops.
• Translate architecture guidelines into delivery plans for engineering teams.
• Ensure smooth integration between PIM and existing ERP systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

• Experience with PIM systems
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and data governance.
• High-level architecture experience; ability to scope and plan technical delivery.
• Familiarity with Azure and ERP integration.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence.
