• The Infrastructure Team builds and maintains the core foundation that powers all Protex systems, ensuring scalable data infrastructure, robust edge-to-cloud connectivity, and high-performance backend services
• We support edge deployments for real-time computer vision applications and deliver resilient systems to enable proactive workplace safety at global scale
• We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure efforts across cloud and edge environments
• You'll architect and implement CI/CD pipelines, design scalable observability systems, and drive system reliability across globally distributed environments
• You'll help shape a seamless developer experience, maintain environment parity (Dev, Stage, Prod), and ensure secure, high-quality data across all regions
• You'll work closely with engineering teams to support well-architected, cost-effective, and secure infrastructure
• This includes proactive cost management, cloud security enforcement, and compliance with regional standards like GDPR

Solid knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExpertise in monitoring, observability, and reliability best practicesExperience managing split environments (Dev, Staging, Prod) with consistent, production-quality dataProven experience in SRE with a focus on uptime, reliability, and system healthExperience with real-time, distributed, or IoT infrastructureHands-on experience with TerraformAbility to influence technical direction, mentor others, and drive executionStrong understanding of cloud security best practices (secrets management, threat prevention, vulnerability mitigation)8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles.
