Engineering Manager, Building Performance & Net Zero

BGIS is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership, manage the engineering team, and drive the Crown Estates contract's performance. The role focuses on both mechanical and electrical strategies and ensuring compliance with UK standards across site portfolios.

You will engage with Building Performance targets, support RCA investigations, and lead site audits while reporting to senior management and coordinating with asset management for best-in-class service.
