Engineering Manager - Scale Dublin Tech Team (Remote)

Mason Alexander partners with a leading UK travel business to build a Dublin-based Engineering Management team. You will lead 5-6 engineers, own architecture for inventory and booking workflows, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid, remote-friendly role with fortnightly office visits in the city centre.

You will shape technical strategy, backlog, and cross-functional delivery with Architects, Designers, and Product Managers, while mentoring career growth and scalability.
