Responsibilities

• Designs and creates new solutions that are widely used by internal or external customers
• Leads the technical excellence of the system and creates plans to mitigate outages
• Adjusts team processes, listens to feedback and guides the team through changes
• Challenges the architecture and automation processes
• Supports the internal organization of the team
• Actively participates in roadmap elaboration alongside the Head of Engineering and the Product team
• Advocates for the mission of the team within the company

Qualifications

• Strong communication ability, both in private and in public
• Comfortable working in an international team, in English
• Knowledge of business travel is a real asset
• Team player and reliable
• Sense of humour
• Spanish or French language skills are a plus
