Engineering Director, Europe - Lead EU Expansion

Monzo is seeking an Engineering Director to lead a distributed engineering organisation across the UK, Spain and remote locations. You will partner with Product, Design, Data, Operations, Risk and Compliance to solve cross functional problems and scale across Europe.

You'll shape market expansion, ensure regulatory alignment, and build leadership teams to drive execution while maintaining focus on long term strategy and product delivery across multiple markets.
