Engineering Capability Lead - Carbon Fibre Pilot Line (R&D)

NCC is seeking an Engineering Capability Lead for its carbon fibre pilot line in Northwich, on site with limited hybrid working. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality experiments and coordinate resources across engineering and technicians.

The role involves planning, scheduling and developing engineering documentation while promoting a strong safety culture and driving innovative processes in a growing R&D facility.
