Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Office-based for first 6 months, hybrid working available following successful probation

We are currently working with a well-established organisation based in Belfast who are seeking a Engineering Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate schedules, and ensuring clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.

The Role

As Engineering Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating appointment schedules efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and updating scheduling systems
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Handling incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an appointment scheduling or coordination role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in administrative support and organisational tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Confidence using scheduling systems and relevant software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting

• Monday-Friday working hours, no weekends
• Hybrid working after successful completion of probation
