Engagement Manager

Summary:

We seek an exceptional individual to join our Solutions team as an Engagement Manager. You will work with a portfolio of major clients to maximize the use of BioCatch's Behavioral Biometric solutions, driving positive business outcomes. Your role involves defining strategic directions, collaborating with clients to solve problems, and partnering with Account Managers to identify new opportunities for leveraging BioCatch data and services. You will work with Threat Analysts and Solutions Engineers to present consultative solutions to diverse audiences, maintaining trust and engagement. This role primarily focuses on top-tier Financial Institutions in the EMEA region.

Location: Ideally based in Paris, but open to candidates across France.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage efficacy risks of BioCatch solutions for strategic clients.
  • Serve as the main contact for consulting, incident reporting, and escalation, coordinating with support and technical teams.
  • Oversee project coordination, ensuring adherence to schedules and scope for new use cases.
  • Develop and update project plans, forecast timelines, resources, and tasks.
  • Maintain work breakdown structures and optimize project efficiency.
  • Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate expectations to teams.
  • Lead project teams through issues, executing remediation plans and informing stakeholders.
  • Coach team members and provide performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients for updates, feedback, and promoting new product features.
  • Advocate for clients internally within BioCatch.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with clients, reviewing achievements and planning future projects.
  • Update internal teams on customer status and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparing Statements of Work, validating technical feasibility and effort estimates.
  • Work with Strategic Account Managers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Promote the BioCatch solution at conferences and industry events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or related tech fields with top-tier clients.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages, especially German or Dutch, are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline; candidates with other degrees may be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in data quality concepts and tools for client issue resolution.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and handle multiple requests.
  • Team-oriented, capable of managing conflicts and working under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and resourcefulness with minimal oversight.
