Engagement Lead/Target Operating Model Owner
2 month contract (extensions likely)
Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo)
We are seeking an Engagement Lead/Target Operating Model Owner for an initial 2 month contract, based out of Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmo.
You will be designing operating models spanning operations and finance, and will need to travel 2-3 times over the duration of the project for meetings/workshops - each travel will be about 2-3 days.

Skills:
- 15+ years in consulting or transformation leadership, heavy industry preferred
- Proven track record designing operating models spanning operations and finance
- Credible at executive sponsor level; comfortable chairing steering groups
- Experience producing prioritised roadmaps that clients have acted on
- Strong facilitation skills in mixed technical/commercial rooms
- Able to hold scope boundaries under client pressure
- Nordic or Swedish industrial experience an advantage
