Job Description The Enforcement Case Lawyer will be:
  • Advising on enforcement activities, regulatory investigations and legal strategy
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, decisions and settlements
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and robust governance
  • Monitoring and interpreting regulatory, statutory and policy developments to inform action
  • Contributing to process improvement, training and the legal function's development
The Successful Applicant
  • A solicitor or equivalent with proven commercial litigation, criminal, insolvency or regulatory experience
  • Experienced in advising on investigations, complex decision-making and regulatory frameworks
  • Able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate legal risks into clear operational guidanceComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong governance standards
  • A strong communicator, collaborative in style, and committed to integrity and public interest outcomes
  • Desire to learn and get involved in learning a new way of working
