Job Description
Energy Specialist Technician - Facility Management (M/F) As a Senior Energy Technician, you ensure the availability, performance, and safety of the building techniques at the site. You intervene both in preventive maintenance and play a key role in energy monitoring as well as the continuous responsibilities of Maintenance & the preventive maintenance of techniques to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and electrical networks, including operations in medium voltage (MV). LAN networks and video conferencing systems, Heating, and the building, Security detection and protection (access control, video surveillance), Turnstiles, gates, blinds, Overhead cranes, Professional kitchen equipment. Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions and control interventions carried out by energy service providers. Record and analyze the consumption of electricity, gas, and water. Optimize the settings of systems from an energy performance perspective. Pilot the Sauter EMS. On-call service: Ensure urgent interventions 24/7. Diagnose remotely via remote management tools. Ensure quick and appropriate decision-making in critical situations. To optimally respond to this on-call service and emergencies, you must reside a maximum of 45 minutes from the site and continuously maintain technical updates and implement ongoing measures. Optimize maintenance costs and the longevity of building systems. Profile: Electrician, Technician ES or HES Engineer in building technology (desired). Experience: Confirmed experience in maintenance of building technologies and expertise in troubleshooting in HVAC, sanitary, electricity, understanding of interactions between technical systems for diagnostics. Technical skills: Reading electrical diagrams and knowledge of cantonal energy and safety requirements. Mastery of MS and Sauter EMS & low voltage (required). German & English: a plus. Other skills: Ability to troubleshoot in medium voltage environments. Boom lift license (required). Forklift license (desired). Work at height with PPE. Personal attributes: Autonomy, strong sense of rigor and punctuality, flexibility, and professional awareness. Excellent team spirit. Special conditions: Interventions outside of regular working hours for on-call service. Reside a maximum of 45 minutes from the site. Interested?
