Role Summary: As an Energy Sales Consultant, you'll be key in supporting small and medium-sized businesses to secure improved energy deals. You'll reach out to new and existing SME clients, applying a consultative sales approach to offer tailored energy solutions that fit their unique needs.

The Opportunity: With the ever-evolving energy landscape, businesses need expert advice now more than ever. This role is ideal for driven individuals ready to engage customers, educate them on energy trends, and support their future energy contract renewals. We're looking for someone proactive, with a passion for developing client relationships, hitting targets, and growing their portfolio through consistent client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients, build rapport, and explain the benefits of our services in a B2B setting.
- Assess each client's current energy procurement strategy and propose improvements.
- Manage client relationships within our database, acting as the main contact for your clients and identifying renewal or further business opportunities.
- Adhere to industry regulations and our internal policies at Kinetic Energy Solutions.
Training and Development: You'll undergo an in-depth onboarding program covering industry insights and sales training, giving you everything you need to onboard your first client confidently. Afterward, you'll have the independence to manage and grow your client portfolio.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in consultative sales.
- Energy sector experience is a plus but not required (full training provided).
- Strong telephone and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Motivated, passionate, and driven to succeed.
