Job Description
INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee energy upgrade and residential retrofit projects from planning through handover. The role is full-time and based out of South Down, covering projects across South Ulster and North Leinster.
You will coordinate contractors, manage programmes, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a facilities background, practical retrofit delivery experience, and strong communication skills to liaise
