Energy Efficiency Household Support Specialist

Changeworks is seeking a Household Support Officer to help households through energy efficiency upgrades across Scotland. You will assist with upgrades, explain processes, and work with diverse stakeholders to ensure superb service.

You will interact with householders by phone, email and in person, regularly visiting sites across Scotland. A full driving licence is preferred and travel is required as part of the role.
