End-User ICT Support Specialist

South Eastern Regional College in Downpatrick is seeking an ICT Technical Support Officer to ensure reliable desktop and end-user hardware support. The role operates 36 hours per week on a rota basis, with campus duties at Downpatrick.

The ideal candidate will have either a Level 4 ICT qualification or at least 2 years' ICT support experience, with hands-on skills in Windows, macOS or Linux, MS Office and networked PC troubleshooting, plus a valid driving licence.
