End-to-End Customer Support Specialist

Tradebe is looking for proactive team members to join our customer support group in the UK. You will provide friendly, professional service and work across Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.

The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and delivering high-quality customer experiences. You will handle inquiries, create and track sales orders, NCRs, invoice questions, and complaints, using SAP and multiple channels to keep customers informed.
