End of Tenancy Specialist (12 Month Part Time)

Charters Estate Agents Ltd. in Southampton is seeking an End of Tenancy Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract (3 days a week, 9am-5pm). Salary £27,500 pro rata.

You will manage end-of-tenancy documentation, coordinate repairs, liaise with landlords and tenants, and support deposit disputes while maintaining property records. Preferably experienced in UK rental/property management, with strong organization, communication skills, and knowledge of UK property legislation.
