As our Enablement Programs Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our sales organization through world-class training and development initiatives. You bring deep expertise in delivering sales training programs and a proven ability to translate methodology into measurable outcomes. You'll design, lead, and continuously improve programs that empower our sales team with the skills, mindset, and tools they need to succeed.

As our Enablement Programs Manager you take our sales team to the next level. You'll design, manage, and facilitate impactful training programs that equip our sales team with the tools, mindset, and methodology to win - quarter after quarter. Using the Command of the Message sales methodology, you'll ensure every enablement initiative translates into real results, improving team productivity and aligning with key business objectives.

Your Impact

Drive Revenue Growth. Your training programs will directly influence sales performance, fuel business scalability, and accelerate revenue outcomes

Lead with Influence. Partner closely with sales leadership to shape key performance strategies and elevate team productivity

Own the Message. Champion the Command of the Message methodology to instill consistency, clarity, and confidence across every sales conversation

What You Bring

Proven experience as a trainer, with a strong track record of training sales professionals across roles

Experience training diverse, multicultural teams - ideally across regions

Expertise in Command of the Message (or similar methodologies) and a passion for driving sales effectiveness.

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs

A track record of aligning training with business outcomes

To fulfil this role you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.
