Employment Specialist: Build Pathways to Meaningful Work

SEETEC is hiring an Employment Specialist to join our Connect to Work team in Ipswich. You will support individuals with disabilities and health conditions into sustainable paid employment, using person-centred guidance and local labour market insight.

You will manage a caseload, build relationships with referral partners and employers, and work to deliver contractual and quality standards. The role is 37 hours per week with an annual salary of £30,000 to £32,000, plus benefits.
