The Firm

We are partnered with a leading International Law firm as they look to add to their fantastic Employment team.

The firm pride their selves on delivering only top quality legal services to a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors whether for a business or individuals.

Responsibilities

• Strong track record of dealing with employer advice and senior executive matters
• To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Employment Team and Business Services Division
• Handle a caseload consisting of capability and conduct concerns, redundancy, TUPE, and whistleblowing.
• To contribute to the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan and firm's commonality of purpose
• To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics
• To be an ambassador for the firm at all times and always promote it in a positive light

Requirements

• Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, FILEX
• 5 or more years experience in Employment Law
• Ideally have both contentious and non contentious experience
• Business development experience (preferrable)
• Confident individual who works well within a team

On Offer

• Negotiable salary up to £90,000
• Bonus scheme worth up to 20% of your base salary
