8+ PQE Hampshire Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years' PQE to join a growing Employment team in Hampshire.

This is a specialist role with a particular focus on settlement agreements, offering the opportunity to develop your expertise while taking a leading role in the growth of the team.

The Role:

You will handle a busy caseload of employment matters, with a strong focus on settlement agreements. The role will also give you the opportunity to:

• Develop specialist expertise in settlement agreements
• Manage a high-quality and varied Employment caseload
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Help grow and lead the Employment team
• Mentor and support junior members of the team
• Contribute to the continued development of the practice

About You:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with 8+ years' PQE
• Strong Employment Law background
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Significant experience handling settlement agreements
• Confident working independently and managing your own caseload
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ambitious and keen to take on a leadership role
