Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) Manchester Hybrid Working

An established Manchester law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its successful and growing Employment team.

The successful candidate will advise a broad range of employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Work will include Employment Tribunal proceedings, employment contracts, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE matters and day-to-day HR advisory work.

The role offers exposure to quality work alongside a strong client base, providing an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong employer-side employment experience.
• Ability to manage matters independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice.
