Employment Solicitor Location: Brighton & Hove (Hybrid Working)

A leading, forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to grow its Employment Law department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Employment Lawyer to shape strategy, drive business development, and expand an already busy practice within a collaborative team of 25+ professionals.

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload ofemployment law matters, deliver exceptional client service, and play a key role in scaling the department-initially with the potential to recruit additional support staff.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Employment Law
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
