A well-established, Lexcel-accredited law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) to join its growing team based in Seaford, with flexible hybrid working available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, advising both employers and employees.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims.
• Deliver technically excellent advice, and contribute to business development and client growth.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators and support HR consultancy services.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting and communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
