Employment Solicitor Leicester 2-6 PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Leicester. This role would suit a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE looking to join a stable and supportive team, handling high-quality work across a broad range of employment matters.

The Role

You will join an experienced Employment team advising both employers and employees on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. You have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while also supporting more complex matters.

The work will include:

• Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
• Managing Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish
• Drafting and advising on contracts of employment and policies
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
• Providing day to day HR and strategic employment advice to clients

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development and building client relationships.

The Candidate

You will be a qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE and solid experience in employment law. You should be confident managing your own caseload, with strong technical skills and a commercial, client focused approach.
