Based in Leicester with hybrid and flexible working arrangements, you will join a friendly and supportive team and advise on a wide range of employment-related matters, including:

1. Disciplinary matters, grievances, ill health, and discrimination issues
2. All aspects of employment tribunal litigation
3. Employment aspects of complex restructures, business acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements, and corporate transactions

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of businesses, from large multinationals and well-known brands to SMEs across the UK.
