Job Description
- Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing legal team within the employment law division.
- Represent clients in complex employment tribunals and negotiations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated professional services.
- Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives in the legal sector.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external legal standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment LD/Partner should have:
- Extensive experience in employment law, including advisory and litigation work.
- A strong legal qualification and membership of a recognised professional body.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a legal team effectively.
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
