Overview

Employment Lawyer needed in Oxford Paying £40 per hr ref 467831

Role Type

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including discrimination, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, TUPE, redundancy, whistleblowing, and contractual disputes.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and HR documentation.
Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including drafting pleadings and preparing witness statements.
Support internal HR teams with risk management, compliance, and complex employee relations cases.
Keep up to date with legislative developments and provide training or briefings where required.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
