Salary: £95,000 to £140,000

What You'll Be DoingYou will take a lead role in growing the Employment offering in Manchester, with the autonomy and trust to make decisions and drive outcomes.
Key parts of the role will include:
- Advising employers on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Leading on Employment Tribunal strategy and litigation where required
- Supporting corporate and commercial teams with employment aspects of transactions and wider business advisory work
- Building and strengthening client relationships, with meaningful influence over service delivery
- Playing an active role in shaping team direction, business development activity and the wider growth strategy
- Mentoring and developing colleagues, helping to build a high-performing, quality-led culture
We're looking for a Partner who combines strong technical ability with commercial instinct and a people first approach. You'll ideally bring:
- Partner level experience in Employment law (or a Senior Associate or Legal Director ready for partnership)
- A modest client following, or a clear and credible plan to build one quickly
- Strong experience advising businesses, with the confidence to lead client relationships
- A practical, solutions led style, with a focus on clarity, efficiency and high quality outcomes
- The ability to work independently, while enjoying a collaborative, supportive environment
