Employment Law & Policy Lead (12-Month FTC) - Hybrid ROI

Musgrave is seeking a solicitor or barrister with solid employment law background to join the Employee Relations and Policy Centre of Expertise (ROI). You will provide trusted counsel across ROI, respond to employment law queries, and lead policy development to ensure legal compliance.

You will standardise contracts, implement policy strategies, manage HR processes for the Daybreak, SuperValu and Centra networks, and deliver webinars and forums with retailers.
