Role

• Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Support major international M&A transactions, providing expert TUPE and integration advice.
• Work closely with colleagues across a global network to deliver seamless service to multinational corporations.
• Engage in high-level advisory work, including executive remunerations, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations.

Person

• 1 4 years PQE in Employment Law from a top tier or mid tier commercial firm.
• A strong academic background and a deep understanding of Irish and EU employment legislation.
• An interest in working as part of an international team on multijurisdictional projects.
• The ability to provide precise, practical advice that aligns with a client's strategic business goals.
