The firm is currently looking for candidates with High Court, Tribunal, or TUPE experience.

The team advises major clients on complex employment issues and litigation. Some team members are recognized by Legal 500 as TUPE experts and are experienced litigators in bonus and TUPE disputes in the High Court and Employment Tribunal.

Their experience includes acting for a media corporation in equal pay claims and defending a banking client against claims including disability and sexual orientation discrimination.
