Employment Associate 4-6 PQE

The Firm

An international law firm on a truly global platform, with offices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe and the Middle East, are offering the opportunity for a 4-6 PQE Employment Lawyer to join their London office.

The Role

You will be an integral part of a thriving employment team that works across a varied workload, including:

• Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, restructures, TUPE and contractual matters
• Supporting corporate transactions and employment aspects of multi-country projects
• Managing employment tribunal litigation from start to finish
• Drafting global policies and procedures for multinational clients
• Working directly with clients and supporting business development initiatives

About You

The firm are looking for an experienced and driven Employment Lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will have

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (4-6 years' PQE)
• A strong background in both advisory and contentious employment law
