Employer Brand Leader - Hybrid & Growth Marketing

EY Ireland is seeking an Employer Brand Manager to shape how EY is perceived as an employer in the Irish market. You will lead employer branding strategy, drive recruitment marketing campaigns and EVP messaging for diverse talent audiences.

You will collaborate with Talent, Brand, Marketing & Communications, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns from students to leadership hires, reporting to the Marketing Director and shaping candidate experiences across EY.
