Employee Wellbeing Lead

The core focus of this role is to lead the development and delivery of the Club's mental health and wellbeing strategy, working closely with HR, Safeguarding, Health & Safety and senior leaders to embed a consistent, whole-club approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Club's mental health and wellbeing strategy.
• Collaborate with HR, Safeguarding, Health & Safety and senior leaders to embed a consistent, whole-club approach.
• Oversee proactive wellbeing support.
• Provide expert guidance to leaders.
• Shape a club-wide learning framework that strengthens wellbeing awareness and psychologically safe leadership.
