What you can look forward to

• Designing user-centered UI/UX designs in complex systems, taking into account HCD, objectives, and framework conditions
Designing interactions, information architectures, and user interfaces with testing, heuristics, and accessibility Designing, testing, coordinating, and defining design principles and component definitions (design guidelines, design systems) Collaboration in the core team (consisting of project managers, UX designers, front-end developers, and testers), as well as with interdisciplinary teams. Quality assurance and refactoring of existing designs and design components to ensure audit compliance and the incorporation of further developments. Your profile
• Degree in design, behavioral sciences, human-computer interaction, or a comparable field
• Training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or IT specialist, combined studies in insurance or IT
• Professional experience in user interface design within a large corporation with a digital focus is desirable.
• Experience in agile web/app development with a focus on UI/UX and user-centered design processes and methods.
• Routine with design and prototyping tools as well as in the design and implementation of visual designs for web/app applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and results-oriented work, and ability to work in a team.
