Employee Relations Specialist: ER Advisor (Temp, 4 Months)

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert ER guidance within a fast-paced HR team in Amersham or Portsmouth. You will support managers on disciplinary investigations, grievances and absence management, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.

The temporary role is approx. 4 months with potential to continue for the right candidate. Strong ER knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.
