Employee Relations Specialist - Ireland

McKesson Ireland seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to provide ER, labor relations, and workforce compliance support to Ireland-based leaders and HR partners. You will investigate matters of moderate complexity, advise on policy application, and help ensure fair, compliant employment practices.

Reporting to the VP of Employee Relations, you will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders, escalate high risk issues, and maintain accurate case documentation.
