Employee Relations Specialist - Hybrid, 6-Month FTC

RS Group is seeking a People Specialist in Corby to act as a key contact for managers on employee relations, guiding them through ER cases and best practices across the function. You will work with a People Business Partner supporting IS&T, Customer Experience and Finance staff.

The role focuses on complex case management, communications with unions, and policy development, with a hybrid working arrangement and a 6-month fixed term contract.
