Employee Relations Manager

This role is based in York with hybrid working options, offering a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing ER team within a charity dedicated to supporting individuals with brain injuries.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £47,000 per annum and the chance to work in a supportive, inclusive culture. You'll enjoy 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and have the option to buy or sell up to 5 days of leave.
