Reporting directly to senior management, you will be part of a vibrant HR team dedicated to maintaining high standards and driving positive employee engagement.

About you
  • Level 5 Associate CIPD qualification or working towards it
  • Demonstrable experience or a strong interest in employee relations, handling complex and sensitive issues
  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to provide sound advice
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion
What you'll do
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations policies and procedures
  • Support managers in managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
  • Assist in conducting investigations and preparing documentation for hearings
  • Ensure all cases are managed in line with employment law and company policies
  • Support the management of long term sickness and absence cases
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee relations records
  • Offer administrative support related to employee relations processes
  • Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple sites
