This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working to *Conduct qualitative and quantitative employee research.*

Overview

Our client is looking for an Employee Experience Researcher to join the People Analytics team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on employee listening and experience research across topics such as wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, performance, and workplace strategy.

The successful candidate will independently manage end-to-end research projects, from defining objectives and selecting methodologies through to analysis and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative employee research
• Design and run interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Analyse and translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Partner with senior stakeholders, People teams, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science teams
• Use tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, Miro, and AI tools throughout the research process
• Apply Design Thinking and Service Design approaches
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and ethical research practices
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and stakeholder communications

Skills & Experience

• Strong employee experience or people research background
• Experience managing research projects independently
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
• Experience with Tableau, Google Sheets, and Miro
• Knowledge of SPSS, R, or Python is beneficial
• Previous experience within HR or People teams is desirable
