Experienced Employee Benefits Consultant
Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days office)
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working options)
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

We're seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant with expertise in group risk solutions & private medical to join their close-knit team. You'll play a key role in advising corporate clients on employee benefits strategies, conducting market reviews, and ensuring optimal group risk solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with client-facing consultancy.
