We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join a trusted provider of employee benefits and financial advisory services. The RoleAs a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Consultants and Directors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent service to our clients. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, overseeing the accuracy of client records, and ensuring adherence to processes and procedures across the department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior support to Employee Services Consultants and Directors, including technical problem-solving and handling urgent client issues.
- Coach and develop team members, promoting best practices and consistent service delivery.
- Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and internal systems are up to date.
- Act as a key liaison with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring all correspondence is clear, professional, and timely.
- Manage new business enquiries, produce quotations, reports, proposal documents, and draft suitability letters.
- Prepare for and support meetings such as Annual Governance Reviews, Pre-Renewal Meetings, and Fact Finds.
- Organise Consultants' diaries, book client meetings, and attend meetings to take and follow up on action points.
Essential:
- R01, GR1, R04 (or equivalent experience) or relevant Employee Benefits Admin experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
