Empathetic Helpline & Customer Care Officer - Hybrid

RNIB is seeking a Helpline and Customer Care Officer to join our Peterborough team. You will be the first point of call for customers, providing information and tailored support, using CRM to log details and coordinate referrals when needed.

During training, you'll work 4 days a week in Peterborough, then move to a 2 days in Peterborough and 3 days at home pattern. The role offers 27 days holiday, a strong pension, and staff discounts in a supportive environment.
