Job Description
Emergency Response Staffing can offer regular A&E shifts across the Southwest of England

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering care plans for patients and ability to work efficiently within a busy A&E department
- Monitoring vital signs
- Carrying out assessments and blood tests
- Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses
- Observing patient's condition and recording information
- Administering medications
- Communicating with patients and their families
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a RegisteredNurse.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care.
- Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy towards patients' experiences.
- At least 6 months' NHS experience as an Accident & Emergency Nurse (within the last 3 years).
- Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records and accessing medical information.
- UK right to work.
- Enhanced DBS clearance required.
